- If you are dissatisfied with the product, we offer a refund on receipt of the product. There is a 20% restocking fee. We have a 14-day return policy, and the refund is processed on receipt of the product. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The items must be shipped in their original condition to the origin address with delivery duty paid.
